The Field Service Agents

The Field Service Agents will travel to different cities on a monthly basis to gather local and state public aid agencies, religious groups and other nonprofit organizations in order to introduce them to our grant programs and their policies.  We will control the flow of the applications and assistance in an organized manner, while networking with participating agencies to help us target our services to the neediest people in their community.

Our Field Service Agents will schedule cities five weeks in advance for security and cost-efficiency purposes.  They will also distribute our grant applications and requirements to participating agencies so that we can assist the needy faster.  By pre-approving grant applications, the Grant Processor can expedite assistance to those who really need it as quickly as possible.  All approved grants will be overseen by the Grant Director.

The FSA team will consist of five employees presenting the Foundation goals while recording and developing data from each city.  They will travel by bus with two security personnel navigating them to and from each and every event.

The budget for this division will be set by the Board of Directors one year in advance only.
