DIF comes from many years of consoling people with the same problem: financial distress. For those in the worst distress, many times there’s nothing left for them but to commit crimes just to live. When the federal government cannot agree upon programs that will help distressed communities without going against a particular party, the people suffer needlessly.
 

What motivated me to create DIF was the experience of coming from a rejected, poor community. In spite of that, I found the opportunity to obtain knowledge and develop the skills which allowed me to achieve prosperity in every way. Because of that, I was determined to develop this system of multiple Social Services programs in order to give back to distressed individuals and communities. It is my desire to share those opportunities with others who are in need of it, which today are many.
